Then, give some examples that can strengthen and proof your recommendation. Write the qualifications, characteristic features and successes as clear. Show their developments; don’t praise too much. Use the strong verbs and every paragraph should be begun with a positive expression.
At the last part of your letter, rewrite a recommendation sentence for the candidate and if necessary you may propose them to contact you.

Points to note in a recommendation letter?
A recommendation letter should mainly include:
- How long you have known the candidate and what is her/his capacity?
- Write about the duties etc…
- Emphasize the success, achievements,

- State her/his problem solving capability
- Emphasize the candidate’s good communication
- Emphasize the candidate’s motivation, concentration, enthusiasm etc.
Don’t write about these below:
- Don’t write anything about the candidate’s sex, age, colour etc.
- Don’t write about a disability, negative situations
- Don’t comment about the candidate’s political view, national and religious
If you don’t believe in the candidate you should talk this situation. The candidate may not be the appropriate one for the job which he/she wants to get.
